Finance Woes hit Google's Profits

So Google's profits jumped by 17% in the final quarter of last year, but that was a poor performance according to stock market analysts and the stock was punished with a 6.5% drop yesterday. But surely these city slickers knew that Google makes a whole stack of money from advertising financial products and it's no secret that there have been some big adjustments in that sector recently. So did the analysts think Google had another card up it's sleeve or are they not quite as smart as they like to think they are.

Well not in the UK just yet but over the sea in the US rates have fallen by 30% in less than 2 weeks. We can expect charges on loans and mortgages to fall soon but that's not the real reason rates were so dramatically adjusted.
